North Central Railway Recruitment Against Cultural Quota. NCR Application are invited for recruitment to 2 (two) Posts in Group 'C' Clerk cum Typist (unreserved) against cultural quota for the year 2009-10 in the following disciplines. The eligible candidate can apply on the prescribed format of Post & Essential Qualification in the field of Cultural.
2.0 Group C Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade pay Rs.1900. 3.0 Education Qualifications for North Central Railway Recruitment 2010: 3.1 The candidate should have minimum qualification of matriculation or equivalent examination passed with 50% aggregate or higher qualification. The condition of 50% marks is not applicable for those with higher qualification. 4.0 Essential qualification for NCR Railway Group C Jobs: Should have Degree / Diploma Certificate from Government recognized institution in respective field. 5.0 Desirable for Clerk Cum Typist Jobs:
6.0 NCR 2010 Age Limit: Candidates should be aged between 18 to 30 years as on 01.01.2010. There is no age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC communities. 7.0 Mode of Selection for North Central Railway Group C Posts: Selection against cultural quota should be assessed on the following method:
Note: The candidate who will obtain 40% marks in written examination will be called for practical demonstration / Interview as per merit. 8.0 Serving Candidates: The candidate who is working in any Government or public sector undertaking including Railway should send the NCR application through concerned department. The candidate should submit the North Central Railway application well in advance to the department so that after forwarding it should reach in this office before the closing date. No advance copy of the NCR application form will be entertained. 9.0 Condition for North Central Railway Recruitment 2010:
10.0 Examination Fee for North Central Railway Exam 2010: (non refundable). 10.1
10.2 Mode of Examination fee Payment: The examination fee Rs.40/- should be paid in the form of IPO drawn in favor of FA&CAO, North Central Railway, Allahabad and Payable at GPO Allahabad. The candidate should write his / her name and address on the IPO. IPOs obtained earlier to the date of issue of the employment notice will not be accepted. Cheque / Bank Drafts will not be accepted and NCR application form shall be rejected. 11.0 North Central Railway Application Form 2010: 11.1 North Central Railway Application shall be submitted on A-4 size quality white paper and should be in conformity with the format given in the notice. Candidates are advised to ensure that the NCR application form is legible written in own handwriting (English / Hindi) on only one side of the paper, dated and signed. Use only international numerals (1, 2, 3, etc) The candidate should affix his / her normal (English / Hindi) signature at the space provided in the NCR application form. 11.2 Photograph: One recent passport size photograph with clear front view of the candidate in-normal attire without cap / sunglasses / wigs (not earlier than one month of the date of NCR application form should be pasted on the NCR application form in the space provided and signed by the candidate on the top of the photograph and two same photograph containing name and address on back to be firmly stitched to the NCR application form. 12.0 Enclosure: The following enclosures should firmly be attached along with NCR application form. 12.1 Crossed IPO for the amount Rs.40/- should be firmly tied / annexed on the top of the NCR application form mentioning the numbers, date of issue and name of issuing post office etc. in the appropriate column in the NCR application form. 12.2 Attested Xerox copy of Matriculation or equivalent certificate in proof of age. 12.3 Attested Xerox copies of Educational certificate and Cultural qualification i.e. degree / diploma certificate in respective field should be attested by a gazetted officer and should be enclosed with NCR application form and mark sheet where applicable. 12.4 Attested Xerox copy of caste certificate issued from competent authority in the case of SC / ST. 13.1 The NCR application complete in all respect along with all the enclosures duly attached should be sent in a envelop address to the Dy. Chief Personnel Officer (Rectt) North Central Railway, Personnel Branch 'B' Block, GM's Building Subedarganj, Allahabad. North Central Railway Application should be sent by ordinary post only or drop in the box kept in the office for the purpose. NCR Application form sent by registered post or courier or speed post will not be accepted / received and acknowledged. 13.2 Application for North Central Railway recruitment of cultural quota for the year 2009-10 should be written on the top of envelop. 14.0 Closing date for receipt of the North Central Railway application: The closing date for receipt of the NCR application form is 18.02.2010 upto 18.00 hrs. North Central Railway Application received after closing date and time will not be entertained. 14.1 Wrong or incomplete NCR application form shall be rejected. The Railway Administration will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery. 14.2 Log on to NCR website www.ncr.railnet.gov.in for updates regarding the NCR recruitment and for downloading the NCR application form. 15.0 North Central Railway administration reserves the right to rectify any omission in Notification and NCR Application Form format.
