The Schedule for RRB Kolkata written examination for the under mentioned posts will be held on 13.06.2010 as per programme given below :

** Note :

• The dates of issue of duplicate call letters for RRB / Kolkata shall be from 08.06.2010 to 12.06.2010.


• The dates of issue of duplicate call letters for RRB / Mumbai shall be on 11.06.2010 & 12.06.2010.

The call letters indicating time and venue of examination centre for the written examination to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent / are being sent at the address given in the RRB Kolkata Application Form.

The rejection advice is also being sent to ineligible candidates. Railway Recruitment board Kolkata will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

Those eligible candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter with wrong names, community, category no., photograph and free travel authority (SC / ST) may contact personally the office of concerned Railway Recruitment Board Kolkata as per schedule given above from 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. for getting correct / duplicate call tetters.

Candidates Should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted RRB Kolkata application form i.e. copy of DO / IPO and two passport size photographs, age proof and caste certificate.

Status of the RRB Kolkata application form alongwith other details can be seen on the concerned Railway Recruitment Board Kolkata website www.rrbkolkata.org.

It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.
