Call Letters for the above examinations have been issued by post to applicants found provisionally eligible.

For qualified candidates of on-line exams of 22.03.2009 only verification will be held for category No. 35 and 31 on 24.03.2009 ; verification and interview for category 2, 3 & 4 will be held on 24.03.2009 and for category 1 & 6 on 25.03.2009. For qualified candidates of on-line exams of 29.03.2009, verification for category 8 will be held on 31.03.2009. Date of translation test for category 10 will be announced later on.

In case any eligible applicant does not receive his/her call letter in time or there is any discrepancy in respect of name, category no., post, community etc. in the call letter, he/she should contact RRB/Kolkata. Duplicate/corrected call letters can be obtained by applicants in person from the office of Railway Recruitment Board/Kolkata at the above-mentioned address between 10.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs on 20.03.2009, 21.03.2009 for on line examination on 22.03.2009 and on 27.03.2009, 28.03.2009 for on line examination on 29.03.2009 after submitting two clear copies of passport size photograph. He/she must also carry, in original, a document in proof of his/her identity.

No duplicate/corrected call letter will be issued on the day of examination. Neither the free second class Railway passes will be issued to applicant for obtaining duplicate call letter nor will duplicate call letter have free travel facility.

Change of date, time and venue of examination will not be allowed under any circumstances.

Result will be available at the website mentioned above and also on the notice board of RRB/Kolkata. Qualified candidates may have to stay in Kolkata for 3 to 4 days for verification/interview.
