Railway Recruitment Board, RRB Kolkata Recruitment Written examination for the following will be conducted on 08.11.2009 as per programme given below:

Call letters for the above examination have been issued by post to applicants found provisionally eligible.

In case any such eligible applicant does not receive his/her call letter in time or there is any discrepancy in respect of name, category no, post, community etc. in call letter, he/she should contact RRB/Kolkata. Duplicate/Corrected call letters can be obtained by applicants in person from the office of Railway Recruitment Board/Kolkata at the above mentioned address between 10.30 hrs. to 17.30 hrs.on 06.11.2009 and 07.11.2009 after submitting two clear copy of passport size photograph. He/she must carry proper document as proof of identity in original.

No duplicate/corrected call letter will be issued on the day of written examination. Free Second Class Passes will not be issued to applicants for obtaining duplicate call letter for will the candidates who will issued duplicate call letters will be entitled to free travel authority.
