Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) is a premier Miniratna Public Sector Enterprises, under the Ministry of Railways.
IRCTC has been set up primarily to upgrade, professionalize and manage catering & hospitality services at Railway stations, on trains and other locations to promote domestic & international tourism, development and establishment of Budget hotels, rail ticketing through internet and to provide quality packaged drinking water.
