- Multi Modal Transport (Containerisation) & Logistics Management awarded by the Institute of Rail Transport will be an additional desirable qualification.
For Cat.No. 1 to 8, 11 to 18 & 21 to 25 fees of Rs 60/- to be paid by crossed Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order(non refundable and dated not before 12.07.2008) addressed to Assistant Secretary, Railway Recruitment Board, Chennai.Further details refer para 10
Candidates applying for above group of Catagories need to fill in only one application for each group clearly indicating their order of preference of categories and posts applied for. Final allotment to posts will be made depending on merit, vacancies available and preference of the candidate. If no preference is indicated by the candidate, RRB’s decision regarding preference for Category will be final.
Vision Certificate: Candidates applying for Cat. No. 22 should enclose Medical Certificate (Annexure-8) in the prescribed format from an Eye Doctor
Stipend will be admissible to these categories during the period of training. They will be absorbed and given regular scale after successful completion of training.
