Call letters to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have already been sent at their address.

The rejection advice has aiso been sent to ineligible candidates. RRB will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

Those eligible candidates who do not get call letters or who has been issued call letter with wrong name, community.

Category no., photograph & free travel authority (SC/ST) may contact himself to the office of Railway Recruitment Board Office at Bhopal as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs. for getting correct/duplicate call letter.

Candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted application i.e. copy of DD / IPO and two passport size photographs, age proof and caste certificate.

It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.
