Notice of Preliminary Written Examination for Ticket Examiner

Preliminary written examination for the post of Ticket Examiner has been scheduled to be held on 26/04/2009, 10/05/2009 & 24/05/2009 at Allahabad in two shifts. (Morning from 9.30 am to 11.00 am & Evening from 3.00 to 4.30 pm). Detailed Programme for obtaining duplicate

Call letter would be as under :-

Call letters for the above preliminary exam have been issued by post to applicants found provisionally eligible.

In case any such eligible applicant does not receive his/her call letter in time or there is any discrepancy in respect on name category no., post, community etc in call letter, he/she should contact RRB/Allahabad.

Duplicate/corrected call letters can be obtained by applicants in person from the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Allahabad, at the above mentioned address between 10.00 to 17.00 hrs as per given programme above only, after submitting two clear copies of passport size photographs.

He/she must carry proper document of proof of identity in original. No, duplicate/corrected call letter will be issued on the day of written examination nor will duplicate call letters have free travel facility.

Important: Beware of the scrupulous persons who may misguide the candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration.

The selection for the subject post is consisting of two stages, Preliminary written exam, Main written exam, followed by Document verification. The selection procedure is fully computerjzed and based on purely merit of the candidates.
