3% of the RRB vacancies have been kept reserved against Physically Handicapped quota, pending further orders, The advertisement giving details regarding number of RRB vacancies, reservation to SC / ST / OBC / Physically Handicapped / Ex-Servicemen, eligibility criteria, examination fee, mode of examination, age relaxation, General Instruction, Terms and Conditions and Prescribed Format has been notified by Railway Recruitment Boards (Centralised Employment Notice No. 05/2010). The same are also available on the RRB Thiruvananthapuram Websites.

The eligible candidates who have already applied against the earlier notification No.1/2009 dated 21.03.2009 (Cat. No. 101,102, 111, 112 & 131) issued by RRB / Chennai will be considered and they need not apply again.

In case, any such candidate who had already applied against the earlier notification wants to apply to some other RRB, he / she can do so. In this case he/she would have applied for two or more RRBs, but he / she will be doing so on his / her own risk, because he / she can attend examination only at one centre since the examinations will be held on the same day by all RRBs.
