Schedule of Written Examination for the Post of Assistant Station Master.

Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar will conduct a written examination on 30.08.2009 for the post of Assistant Station Master at various centres of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Choudwar and Puri for the candidates against category No. 7 of Employment Notice No.EN/1/2008 & for GDCE candidates against category No.13 of CPO / ECoR's notification No.ECoR/Pers/GDCE/2007 & 2008-09.

The call letters are being dispatched to all the eligible candidates by Post under certificate of posting.

However, if any candidate does not receive the call letter or there is any discrepancy in the call letter issued to him/her regarding the name, photograph, signature, community or date of birth, he/she may come to the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar along with two colour passport size photographs and all original documents at 9.00 Hours on 28.08.2009 or 29.08.2009 for issue of a fresh call letter.

Similarly, the rejection letters are also being dispatched indicating the cause of rejection to those candidates whose applications have been rejected. If the candidate feels that his/her application has been rejected for wrong reasons, he/she may also come to the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar on 28.08.2009 or 29.08.2009 to scrutinize his/her application.

The list of eligible as well as ineligible candidates will be placed on our website (www.rrbbbs.gov.in) one week before the date of written examination.
