Last Date For Receipt of Application:- Application forms completed in all respects must reach the following address:

At the Commission office either by registered post/speed post or personally (by hand) upto 06-00 P.M. on or before 12-11-2009.

Application forms through any other means shall not be accepted. Applications received in the Commission's office after the closing date and time will not be considered.

Some Information about main Examination and Viva-Voce Examination (Interview):-

1. In case the Commission will hold the preliminary written entrance examination, only such candidates will be admitted to the main written examination who are declared successful in the preliminary written entrance examination. Marks obtained in preliminary written entrance examination and in "Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation Practical Examination" shall not be added with the marks obtained in main written examination and Viva-Voce examination (interview). Answer sheets of those candidates who could not get 40% or more marks in "Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation Practical Examination "shall not be evaluated
2. Candidates should carefully note that they will appear for the main examination against the same Roll Number as allotted for the preliminary written entrance examination. In case the Commission will not hold the preliminary written entrance examination, the Roll Number will be allotted to the candidates later
3. The examination centre and dates for the examination shall be fixed by the Commission later
4. All candidates who obtained 60% or more marks or corresponding grade, if any, in the main written examination and 40% or more marks in 'Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation Practical Examination' shall be eligible for Viva-Voce examination. Provided that Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes Candidates who obtained 50% or more marks or the corresponding grade, if any, in the main written examination and 40% or more marks in 'Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation Practical Examination' shall be eligible for Viva-Voce examination.
5. Candidates declared eligible for main written examination will be communicated by means of their Admit Card in due course
6. Candidates will have to fill up the prescribed form to be supplied at the time of Viva-Voce Examination (Interview) or before the Viva-Voce Examination (Interview), (vii) All certificates shall be verified with original certificates at the time of Viva-Voce Examination (Interview). Candidates will also be required to furnish 02 passport size photographs, attested by their Head of the Department or Head of the Institution where they received last education or by a Gazetted Officer at the time of Viva-Voce Examination (Interview), (viii) Candidates serving under the Central or State Government/Undertaking will have to produce "No Objection Certificate" in original from their employer before or at the time of Viva-Voce examination (Interview), (ix) It is essential for the candidates to appear in Viva-Voce Examination (Interview) who qualify on the basis of main examination under the provisions laid down in Service Rules for service of recruitment through written examination and Viva-Voce Examination (Intrview).
