According to decision of the U.P. Public Service Commission on being furnished any wrong information in the application which can not be substantiated by the documents, the candidate may be debarred from the all examinations and selections of the Commission for five years.
On being more than one application in one envelope or applications of more than one advertisement all applications shall be rejected.
The applications received after last date for receipt shall not be accepted.
The Commission acknowledges all the application forms. The receipt for submission is given on the counter of Commission. The candidates must obtain the receipt and produce when asked for.
On being rejected due to overage, underage, ineligible or violation of rule / procedure, No fees shall be fefunded. In such case where the candidate had paid any fees without application, no fees shall be refunded.
Incomplete, Erroneous and unsigned applications of the candidate shall be summarily rejected even if within time.
In the due course of time on being any difference in the eligibility the candidature shall be rejected. The decision of the Commission shall be final in this regard.
The Commission may admit a candidate provisionally on the summary checking of applications but on any later stage if it is found that the candidate was initialy ineligible and his application was not acceptable at initial stage his candidature shall be rejected and even if recommended, the recommendations shall be taken back.
Malpractices e.g. copying in the examination Hall, Indescepline, indecent behaviour or unrequired activties shall cause the rejection of candidature and the Commission may debar the candidate from this examination as well as future examinations.
The change of address must be communicated promptly by Registered Post to the Commission with Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth etc. in the application.
In all the correspondence with Commission the candidates must mention the Name of Examination, Advertisement No., Date of Birth, Father’s name, Roll No. (if communicated).
The candidates wil have to go medical examination required in rule.
No change in the application form in permissible after the receipt of application in Commission.
The candidates must pass the qualifications advertised upto the last date for receipt of applications.
