14. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Recruitment 2010 General Instructions
(1) According to decision of the Commission on producing such information by any candidate, which can not be substantiated by the documents he may be debarred from all selections and recruitment for a period of 5 years.
(2) On being more than one UPPSC Application Form (or) UPPSC Application Form of more than one advertisement all Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission applications shall be rejected.
(3) If a candidate submits more than one UPPSC Application Form in his name his all Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission applications shall be rejected and his candidature shall be cancelled.
(4) No UPPSC Application Form shall be accepted in any case after the Last Date for receipt of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission applications. Such Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission applications shall be returned in original.
(5) No change in category is admissible after receipt of UPPSC Application Form in the office of UPPSC.
(6) The Commission will acknowledge all the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission applications. At the time of submission of UPPSC Application Form the receipt is issued at the Counter. Candidates must obtain the receipt.
(7) Incomplete, Erroneous and the UPPSC Application Form without signature shall be rejected.
(8) The Date of Birth is recognised from the High School Certificate. All the certificates with High School Certificate are to be attached with the UPPSC Application Form of Main Examination. No other certificate is admissible for DOB. In such cases UPPSC Application Form shall be rejected.
(9) The candidates must enclose all the marksheets, certificates and Degrees attested by any Gazetted Officer or Head of the Institution last attented in support of their claims with the UPPSC Application Form of Main Examination. The UPPSC Application Form shall be rejected if the Certificates / Marksheets are not attached to substantiate their claims.
(10) The UPPSC Application Form on the different than prescribed form shall be rejected.
(11) The candidates must fill all the columns of UPPSC Application Form clearly. The details shown in the UPPSC Application Form must be legible, clear and doubtless otherwise the UPPSC Application Form shall be rejected.
(12) The cost of UPPSC OMR application form shall not be refunded either it is used or not.
(13) The candidates must not leave any column of UPPSC Application Form unfilled.
(14) The Reservation to the Physically Handicapped of U.P. as provided by Rules of U.P. Public Services Physically Handicapped and Ex-Army Personnel Reservation (Amended) Act 1997 shall be provided only when they submit the certificate on prescribed proforma issued by Medical Officer / Specialist and Countersigned by Chief Medical Officer. These reservation shall be provided only on the earmarked posts only.
(15) The information regarding Dates, Time and Venue shall be given through Admission Certificates with Roll Nos. The candidates will have to appear on the allotted centre only. Change in Centre is not admissible
(16) The candidates who are not found eligible during the course of time their candidature shall be cancelled and their claim to Main Examination will not be entertained. The decision of Commission shall be final regarding candidature.
(17) The UPPSC Application Form / Candidature shall be cancelled if the Date of Birth is not mentioned or Wrong Date of Birth is mentioned, if overage or underage, if minimum educational qualification has not been obtained, if the UPPSC Application Form is time barred or the UPPSC Application Form is not signed under declararion and self attested photo is not pasted by the candidate.
(18) The Commission may allow the candidates provisionally after a glance checking of UPPSC Application Form but if is found at any stage that the candidate was not eligible or the UPPSC Application Form was liable to be rejected at the initial stage then his candidature shall be cancelled and even if recommended the ecommendation shall be taken back.
(19) The candidature shall be cancelled for malpractices i.e. copying in the Examination, indiscipline, Misbehaviour and unwanted actions. On violation of this instruction the candidate may be debarred from this Examination and future Examination also.
(20) The candidates must inform any change of address promptly by Registered Post.
(21) In all correspondence with Commission Candidates must write their Name of Examination, Advertisement No., Date of Birth, name of Father / Husband and Roll No. if informed and UPPSC OMR application form No.
(22) The candidates will have to go under Medical Examination before appointment.
(23) Nearly 18 times candidates will be admitted to Main Examination on the basis of Preliminary Examination.
(24) The Employed Candidates under Central or State Government, shall submit no objection Certificate issued by their Employer within 30 days from the Date of Result.
(25) While filling the answer sheet the candidates "must use Black Ball Point Pen only". Do not use any other pen or pencil in any case.
(26) The information filled in the answer sheet must not be erased by whitener, blade or rubber etc.
(27) Marks of the Preliminary examination shall not be supplied to the candidate.
(28) The candidates who are appearing in the graduation examination need not apply because they are not eligible.

UPPSC OMR Application Form System is applicable to these Examinations. The UPPSC OMR application forms with instructions shall be provided to the candidates on the cost basis from the Post Offices as indicated in the list of Post Offices.
The cost of UPPSC Application Form for Pregen series (for General and OBC of UP and for candidates of other states) shall be Rs.155/- and for Preres series (for SC of UP & ST of UP) shall be Rs.95/-.
Candidates must keep a photocopy of their filled UPPSC Application Forms with them. PH of UP, DFF of UP, Female of UP and Ex Army Personnel of UP shall purchase UPPSC OMR application form according to their main category i.e. , Gen, SC, ST or OBC.
The candidates who want to appear in General Recruitment and special recruitment both the examination, must submit UPPSC OMR application form separately for this purpose.
UP Public Service Commission shall hold two separate Preliminary Examinations for General Recruitment and Special Recruitment to admit the candidates for Main Examination for the posts of this advertisement.
These Examinations shall be held at various centres of the Districts, the information regarding centres shall be given through Admission Certificates.
