9. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Exam 2010 Application Form :

(1) UPPSC Application Form at this stage are being invited for the preliminary examination only candidates who will be declared successful for admission to the main examination will have to apply again by the detailed UPPSC Application Forms supplied to them by the Commission.

(2) How to apply for UPPSC Exam 2010 : The Commission shall make available the UPPSC OMR application forms for preliminary examination along with instructions from listed Post offices in the advertisement. There upon the cost of UPPSC Application Form shall remain printed. The candidates may get the UPPSC Application Form from 26 June, 2010 till last date for receipt of UPPSC 2010 Application Form from the Post Offices paying its cost.

The cost of UPPSC Application Forms for Pregen Series (for General, O.B.C of U.P. and all candidates of other States) shall be Rs.155/- and Preres Series (for S.C of U.P and S.T of U.P) shall be Rs.95/- only. The instructions must be followed in filling the UPPSC Application Forms otherwise they shall be cancelled.

11. Instructions for filling UPPSC 2010 OMR Application Form :

(1) The candidates must go through detailed advertisement and they should apply only after satisfying themselves that they are eligible for the post according to terms and conditions of advertisement.

(2) The candidates must mention their category / categories in the relevant column otherwise their candidature shall be cancelled.

Enclosures : The candidates must paste their recent Passport size and self attested photograph in the relevant space of the OMR form otherwise the UPPSC Application Form shall be cancelled.

Note : No certificate is to be attached in support of any information given in the columns of application.

12. Last Date for receipt of UPPSC 2010 Application Form in the office of PSC UP : The complete UPPSC Application Form must reach on or before last date (as indicated below) by hand or by Registered Post. The UPPSC Application Form shall not be accepted through Fax.

13. Some information about UPPSC Main Examination 2010 :

1. Only successful candidates of Preliminary Examination shall be admitted to Main Examination.
2. The candidates must note carefully that they will appear in the Main Examination with same Roll. Nos. allotted for Preliminary Examination.
3. The Centres and Dates for Main Examination will be decided later by the Commission.
4. The candidates will fill up Prescribed UPPSC Application Form for Main Examination sent by the Commission.

Note : The candidates must enclose all the relevant certificates in support of their claims with the UPPSC Application Form for Main Examination (Written Examination). If they do not enclose all the certificate to substantiate their claims, the UPPSC Application Form shall be rejected.
