Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Recruitment 2010 Ayurvedic Medical Officer

(2) 338 backlog posts of Ayurvedic Medical Officer's in Government Ayurvedic Medical Hospital's of U.P.

Nature of Post: Gazetted and Temporary. Reservation 159 posts are reserved for S.C. candidates of U.P., 37 posts are reserved for S.T. candidates of U.P. and 142 posts are reserved for O.B.C. candidates of U.P.

Horizontal reservation for female candidates, Dependents of Freedom Fighter and Physically Handicapped candidates of U.P. will be allowed according to orders and policy of U.P. Government.

Ayurvedic Medical Officer Pay scale: Pay band, Grade pay 5400.

Ayurvedic Medical Officer Pay scale: Rs.15600-39100/-, (Deptt. I No.- S-11/5).

Qualification Essential for Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Exam:

  1. A degree in Ayurveda of a University established by law in India or Five year's degree or diploma in Ayurveda of the Board of Indian Medicine Uttar Pradesh.
  2. Registration as a Vaidya with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh (and)
  3. Atleast six month's professional experience of State •Ayurvedic, Unani or Allopathic Hospital or dispensary.
  4. UPPSC 2010 Recruitment Preferential qualification: Post Graduate degree in Ayurveda from a recognised institution.

  5. UPPSC Exam 2010 Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 35 years. (age relaxation as per rules).

Note:

  1. The selected candidates may be transferred to any Government Hospitals / Pharmacy / Medical College of the State on any equivalent post.
  2. The existing pension scheme will be applicable as declared by U.P. Government.
  3. Posts may increase or decrease at times.

(3) One carry forwarded post for Lecturer Rachana Sharir in Government Ayurvedic College of U.P., Deptt No.- S-11/3.

Nature of Post: Gazetted and Temporary, Reservation Reserved for S.C. candidates of U.P.

Lecturer Pay scale: Rs.8000-275-13500/-.

Qualification Essential for UPPSC 2010 Exam Syllabus:

  1. Five years Degree in Ayurveda from a University established by law or a Board of Indian Medicine Uttar Pradesh or any other State Board or faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939.
  2. Post Graduate qualification of the subject from a recognised institution.
  3. Adequate knowledge of Hindi, English and Sanskrit.
  4. UPPSC Examination 2010 Preferential qualification: Research work and publication of original papers and books.

    UPPSC 2010 Age Limit: 25 to 40 years (age relaxation as per rules).

  5. Other conditional qualification: The selected candidates may be transferred to any Government Ayurvedic Medical Colleges of the State on any equivalent post.

Note:

  1. New Pay scale will be admissible according to recommendation of sixth Pay Commission.
  2. The post is proposed to be covered under new pension scheme declared by U.P. Government.

U.P. Chikitsa Shiksha (Homeopathy) Deptt. (1) 01 post of Reader Materia Medica in Government Homoeopathic Medical College of U.P., (Deptt. No. S-11/6).

Nature of the Post: Gazetted and Temporary but likely to continue. Reservation Post is reserved for O.B.C. candidates of U.P.

Reader Pay scale: Rs.10000-325-15200/-.

Qualification Essential for UPPSC 2010 Exam:

(A)

  1. A recognised diploma or a degree in Homoeopathy (or)
  2. A qualification included in the III schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973.

(B) Seven year's teaching experience including four year's teaching experience as Lecturer in the concerned subject in a recognised Homoeopathic Medical College.

Preferential qualification for UPPSC Examination 2010:

  1. Having both a recognised diploma or a degree in Homoeopathy and the qualification included in the III schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973.
  2. Administrative experience or Research experience in an Institution recognised by Central Council of Homoeopathy or Central Council for Research in Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy or Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy or Central Government or a State Government in a responsible position.
  3. UPPSC Age Limit 2010: Minimum 28 years, Maximum 45 years (age relaxation as per rules). Provided further that in the case of exceptionally qualified candidates, the Governor may relax the prescribed age limit, in consultation with the Commission.

  4. Other condition and qualification According to Uttar Pradesh Homoeopathy Medical College (Arjan and Prakim Upbandh (rule-6(3) of regulation-1981), if any teacher apart from- 09 provincial Medical Colleges), if applies than those teachers would be given preference than other teachers.

Note:

  1. Pay scale of post will be revised according to the recommendation of sixth pay commission declared by the Government.
  2. The pension scheme is applicable which is to be declared by U.P. Government.
  3. Regarding the essential qualification candidates should annex their certificates and mark sheets of all years / semesters and should mention their total marks / obtained marks and percentage on the format otherwise their candidature may not be considered.

(2) One post of Professor Materia Medica in Government Homoeopathic Medical Colleges of the state, (Deptt No. S-11/2).

Nature of the Post: Gazetted and Temporary, but likely to continue, Reservation: Reserved for O.B.C. candidates of U.P.

Professor Pay scale: Rs.12000-375-16500/-.

Qualification Essential for Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Exam 2010:

(A)

  1. A recognised diploma or a degree in Homoeopathy (or)
  2. A qualification included in the III schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973.

(B) Ten year's teaching experience including three year's teaching experience in the concerned subject as Reader or Associate Professor in a recognised Homoeopathic Medical College.

Preferential qualification for UPPSC Exam Syllabus 2010:

  1. Having both a recognised diploma or a degree in Homoeopathy and the qualification included in the III schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973.
  2. Administrative experience or Research experience in an Institution or unit recognised by the Central Council of Homoeopathy or Central Council for Research in Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy or Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy or Central Government or a State Government in a responsible position.
  3. 5. UPPSC 2010 Exam Age Limit: Minimum 30 years, Maximum 50 years (age relaxation as per rules). Provided further that in the case of exceptionally qualified candidates, the Governor may relax the prescribed age limit, in consultation with the Commission.

  4. Other condition and qualification: According to Uttar Pradesh Homoeopathy Medical Colleges (Arjan and Prakim Upbandh (rule-6 (3) of regulation-1981), if any teacher apart from- 09 provincial Medical Colleges), if applies than those teachers would be given preference than other teachers.
