Fees: The fees for General Candidates, OBC of U.P. and Candidates of outside U.P. is Rs. 230/- and for Scheduled Caste of U.P. and Schduled Tribe of U.P. is Rs. 110/-. For Candidates residing in U.P. fee is payable to Secretary, Public Service Commission U.P. Allahabad by means of Treasury Challan of Treasuries Located in U.P. only in the Account Head “0051 Public Service Commission 105 - State Public Service Commission Examination Fees 01 - State Public Service Commission Examination Fees”. Fee remitted through Bank Draft (account payee) drawn and issued by any Scheduled Bank payable to Secretary, Public Service Commission, U.P. Allahabad shall also be accepted. The Candidates residing out of U.P. will pay fees only through Bank Draft. Such candidates who pay fees through Bank Draft must write their name, Address and name of Examination on the reverse side of Draft.
Note: The application with erroneous or less amount Treasury Challan/Bank Draft shall be rejected. Fees is not acceptable by any other means like Postal Order, Pay Order etc.
Enclosures: The candidates must attach the neccessary documents with Application form in following serial order:
- Treasury Challan / Bank Draft of Fees.
The certificate regarding S.C. of U.P., S.T. of U.P., O.B.C. of U.P. Physically Handicapped of U.P., DFF of U.P. Ex-Army personnel of U.P., Skilled Player of U.P. issued by competent authority.
Photocopies of certificate regarding all claims in the application self attested.
High School certificate (for authentic Date of Birth) only High School/ Equivalent Certificate is admissible.
The candidates must paste latest pass port size Photograph with the application which shall be self attested. On non compliance of this instruction the application shall be cancelled.
Note: The candidates have to enclose the certificates regarding all claims in the application for confirmation. If they do not enclose the certificates with conventional form the candidature shall be cancelled.
Last Date for Receipt of Application form in Commission’s Office:
The application of the candidate must reach the Secretary (Department No: A-6 /E-1/2008 Public Service Commission U.P. 10, Kasturba Gandhi Marg) Allahabad - 211018 upto 5 pm on 03 April 2009 (last date) or before by hand or by Registered Post. The application shall not be entertained through Fax.
Some informations regarding examination:
The date & venue for examination shall be informed by Admission Certificate.
The candidate working with Central Goverment or State Goverment should enclose no objection certificate issued by their employer.
The scores achieved in shorthand and typing shall be added with the score of written question paper and the place of candidate shall depend upon total of both.
