The cost of the UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam OMR Application form has been fixed as Rs.155/- for PREGEN Series (General OBC of U.P. and all candidates of other states) and Rs.95/- for PRERES Series (S.C. of UP. and ST. of U.P.) The candidates under horizontal reservations (P.H. of U.P., Women of U.P., D.F.F. of U.P. and Ex-Army personnel candidates of U.P.) shall purchase UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form according to their main category.
The candidates who want to appear in both General and Special UPPSC Recruitment Examination must apply separately for them.

The candidature of such candidates who are subsequently found ineligible according to the terms laid down in advertisement will be cancelled and their claim for the Examination will not be entertained. The decision of the Commission regarding eligibility of candidate shall be final.

Approximately upto three times candidates from the Examination shall be called for the interview. It is essential to be present in the interview.
The candidates shall use only Black Ball Point Pen for filling Answer Sheets. Pencil or any other pen must not be used. For any information only Black Ball Point Pen is admissible. The informations must not be erased by Blade or Whitener or Rubber.
