UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment 2010 Eligibility

3. Conditions of Eligibility for Emergency Commissioned / Short Services Commission Officers:

(1) In accordance with the provisions of the G.O. No. 22/10/1976-Karmik-2-85, dated 30.1.1985 Emergency Commissioned Short Service Commission Officers who have not been released from Army but whose period of any Service has been extended for rehabilitation may also apply for the examination on the following conditions:

1. Such applicants will have to obtain a certificate of the competent authority of Army, Navy, Air Force to the effect that their period of service has been extended for rehabilitation and no disciplinary action is pending against them.
2. Such applicants will have to submit, in due course, a written undertaking that in ease they are selected for the post applied for, they will get themselves released immediately from the Army service. The above facilities will not be admissible to Emergency / Short Service Commissioned Officer if:

1. He gets permanent Commission in the Army.
2. He has been released from the Army on tendering resignation.
3. He has been released from the Army on grounds of misconduct or physical disability.

4. Marital Status: A male candidate who has more than one wife living or a female candidates who are married a man already having a wife living shall not be illegible for appointment to post in the service provided that the government may if satisfied that there exist special grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this Rule.

5. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission 2010 Age Limit:

1. Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 35 years on July 1st 2010 i.e. must have been born earlier than 2nd July, 1975 and not later than July 1st, 1989.
2. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:

1. Upper age limit shall be greater by 5 years for candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste of U.P. Scheduled Tribe of U.P. Other Backward Class of U.P., Dependants of Freedom Fighters of U.P. and 15 years for P.H. of U.P. in case of identification (only domiciled persons in U.P. are entitled for such age relaxation).
2. The age relaxation shall be given by three years more than service rendered in Army for disabled Army personnel / Emergency Commissioned Officers / Short Service Commissioned Officers / Ex-Army personnel. Such relaxation will not be admissible to those Army men / Officers who have not barn released from the Army upto the last date for receipt of UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam applications.
3. Upper age limit shall be greater by five years also for the skilled players of classified games of National and International level in accordance with G.O. No. 22/21/1983-Karmik-2, dated 28.11.1985 those who are the domiciled of U. P. The skilled players must obtain certificates from the prescribed authority and must enclose the self attested copy of the certificate with their UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application forms.

6. Fee: The fee shall be taken from every candidate with the cost of UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam OMR application form. The details are provide on the O.M.R. envelops. No fee has to be paid by the candidates through the Bank Draft/ Treasury Challan.

7. UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam 2010 Application Form:

1. UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam OMR application forms with instructions can be purchased for Rs.155/- PREGEN Series (General, O.B.O of U.P. and all candidates of other States) and Rs.95/- PRERES Series (SC of U.P. and ST of U.P.) in cash through the Post Offices, indicated at the following places from 23 January, 2010 till last date for receipt of UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form. Candidates under horizontal reservation for P.H. of U.P., D.F.F. of U.P., Women of U.P. and Ex-army personnel of U.P. shall purchase UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form according to their main category, candidates must obtain instruction with UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam OMR Application form in order to fill it up.
2. 8. Some Instructions for filling the UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam OMR Application forms:

1. Candidates must go through the advertisement thoroughly and they should apply only after they are satisfied that they fulfill all the conditions of eligibility.
2. Candidates desirous of getting the benefit of one or more reservation must mention their category (or categorie's) in the relevant column of UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form in words, otherwise they shall be deemed to be general candidates and they shall not be given the benefit of reservation.

9. Enclosures: Candidates must paste one self attested passport size photograph on the UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form at the space provided for the purpose, otherwise their UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form shall be rejected.

Note: No certificate has to be enclosed with the UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam OMR application form in support of the information / claims filled by the candidate in various columns of UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form.

10. Last Date for Receipt of UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam Application Form: UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam Application form complete in all respect must reach the Secretary, (Department No. A-2 / E-1/2010) Public Service Commission, U.P. 10 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Allahabad-211018 either by registered post or personally (by hand) upto 5:00 p.m. on or before 19 February 2010. Post Office is not our agent. UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam Application Form through fax shall not be accepted.

11. Some Information about Examination and Interview:

1. The centres and the dates for the examination shall be fixed by the Commission later on.
2. Only such candidates will be called for interview who are declared successful on the basis of the written examination.
3. Candidates will have to fill up the prescribed UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form before the interview (viva-voce test).
4. AH original certificates shall be vertified at the time of interview, candidates will also be required to furnish 4 passport size photographs 2 plain and 2 attested by their Head of Department or Head of the institution where they received education or by a Gazetted Officer at the time of interview.
5. Candidates serving under the central or State Government will have to produce "No Objection" Certificates from the Employer at the time of interview.
6. It is essential for the candidates to appear in interview (Viva-voce) who qualify examination under the provisions laid down in service Rules for Service of Food Inspectors where Examination and interview are indicated.

Note: The candidate must enclose all certificates in support of their claims rendered in the UPPSC Food Inspector Recruitment Exam application form at the time of interview. If they do not enclose the certificate in support of their candidature shall be cancelled.
