12 (Twelve) Post, Chief Fire officer: - in which four posts reserved for O.B.C. candidate of U.P. and Two posts reserved for S.C. candidate of U.P.

Nature of Post: Gazetted Temporary

Pay Scale: Rs.8000-275-13500. Deptt. No. S-1/5

Age: 23 to 35 Years (Age relaxation as per rules)

Essential Qualification:

Three years degree in Fire Engineering from national fire service college, Nagpur or any equivalent degree from a recognised institution of comparable status. OR Divisional officers course from national fire service college Nagpur or equivalent course from recognised institution of comparable status.

Preferential Qualification:

1. Knowledge of automobile repairing
2. Experience of practical Fire Fighting and handling major conflagrations.

A candidate who has :

1. served in the Territorial army for a minimum period of Two years, or
2. obtained 'B' Certificate of National cadet, corps shall other things being equal be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment

Uttar Pradesh Excise Deptt. (Special recruitment of S.C. Candidates of U.P.)

01 (One) Post Assistant Alcohol Technologist, in U.P. Excise Technical Deptt. Post preserved for Scheduled Caste Candidates of UP (Deptt. No. Services-5/5)

Pay Scale: Rs.8000-13500/-

Post: Gazetted and Temporary that likely to be continued.

Essential Qualifications:

A first class master's degree in Chemistry or pharmacy or microbiology from a University or an institution established by law in India and at least three years experience of working in a chemical laboratory owned or controlled by state or Central Government. OR a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.

Preferential Qualification:

A Candidate who has

1. Carried research work in chemistry or Pharmacy OR Biochemical Engineering or Fermentation or Alcohal Technology.
2. Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
3. Obtained 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps, shall, other things being equal, be given preference.

Age: 21 to 35 years but upper age limit relaxable for S.C. Candidate of U.P. as per rules.
