UP PSC Public Service Commission - Assistant Coach

(i) 02 (Two) Posts, Assistant Coach : Out of which one post is unreserved and concerned to Boxing Game and one post is reserved for the S.C. Candidates of U.P. and concerned to Boxing or other any Games.

Nature of the Post: Non Gazetted/Permanent.

Pay Scale: Rs.4500-7000, (Department No. S-3/45).

Qualifications Essential:

1. Graduate from a recognized University
2. Diploma in coaching from N.I.S. Patiala.
3. Must have represented the University team in Interversity tournament as a player or represented the State School team in all India School tournament as a player.

Note: For the unreserved post, the essential qualification no. 2,3 must be in boxing game.

Qualification Preferential:

Diploma certificate in physical education. "Provided that in case of candidates who have participated in International tournament as a player, the educational qualification may be relaxed upto Intermediate.

Being other things equal, such candidate will be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment who has:

1. Served in the territorial army for a minimum period of 02 years.
2. Obtained 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps.

Age: Between 21 to 35 years (Age relaxation as per rules). Provided that in the case of persons already in the Government Service, the upper age limit shall be greater by such number of years as they have put in Govt. Service.
