As per decision of the UPPSC, a candidate will be liable to be debarred from all examinations and selections up to a maximum period of 5 year for furnishing any wrong information in his/her application form which can not be substantiated by relevant document or for any other malpractice.
The candidates must keep a photocopy of their OMR application form with them. They must mention their OMR no. in the corrspondence with Commission in future.
In condition of being more than one application form in one envelope or there being application of more than one advertisement in one envelope, all application forms shall be deemed to be rejected.
If any candidate submits more than one acceptable application form in his name for this examination, his last acceptable application form shall be entertained.
Application received after the last date will not be entertained in any case.
No change in category/sub-category or optional subject is permissible after the receipt of application forms in the office of the Commission.
All application will be acknowledged at the counter and at the time of presentation acknowledged receipt must be obtained.
Incomplete and erroneous applications and application not signed by the candidates, even if received within time, will summarily be rejected.
The date of birth of the candidate shall be admissible as entered in High School certificate. The candidate will have to attach his/her High School or equivalent examination certificate with the application form of main examination. No other certificate shall be acceptable for date of birth and if it is not attached, the application shall be rejected.
The candidates will have to furnish self attested copies of mark-sheets certificates & degree (Mark-sheets of each year) in support of their claims of educational qualification. If they do not furnish certificates/documents regarding their claims, the application shall be rejected.
The application shall be rejected if it is not submitted on prescribed format.
The candidates must fill all column's of the application clearly. On being illegible, ambiguous & suspicious information the application shall be rejected.
The cost of OMR application shall not be returned after purchase whether the application is used or not.
The candidate must not leave any column of the application unfilled.
The benefit of reservation to the categories of Handicapped persons of Society shall be given only on the Post which are identified by the Government for their category. For this benefit the Handicapped persons must produce a certificate of being handicapped in that category on the prescribed proforma issued by prescribed medical officer/specialist and counter signed by the Chief Medical Officer according to Rule 2 of UP Public Service (Reservation for physically handicapped, dependant of freedom fighter and ex-servicemen (Amendment) Act. 1997.
Date, Time and Venue of examination along with Roll No. will be communicated to the candidates through Admit Cards. Candidates will have to appear at the centre allotted to them by the Commission. No change in centre is permissible.
The candidature of such candidates who are subsequently found ineligible according to the terms laid down in advertisement will be cancelled and their any claim for the main examination will not be entertained. The decision of the Commission regarding eligibility of the candidate shall be final.
The candidature will be rejected if the application is not submitted on OMR application form, date of birth is not mentioned or wrong date of birth is mentioned. Overage, under-age optional subject code is not mentioned, or mentioned rather than the subjects prescribed for preliminary examination in this advertisement, not fulfilling the minimum educational qualifications, two or more applications are received in one envelope, two or more application of different advertisement received in one envelope, application is received after last date, no signature under declaration in the format.
The commission reserves the right of cancelling the candidature of any candidate found indulging in any malpractice i.e. copying in examinations hall or indiscipline, misbehavior or canvassing for his candidature. On violation of this instruction the candidate may be debarred from this examination as well as future examinations.
The Commission may admit the candidate provisionally after summary checking of the application but if it is found at any stage that applicant was not eligible or that his/her application should have been rejected or was not entertainable initially, his candidature will be rejected and if the candidate is recommended the recommendation of the Commission shall be withdrawn.
Any change in the address of the candidate must promptly be communicated to the Commission by registered post.
In all communications to the Commission the candidate must mention the name of examination, Advertisement No. date of birth of candidate, Father/Husband's name OMR No. and also the Roll Number if communicated.
Candidate selected for appointment will have to undergo Medical Examination as required under the Rules.
On the basis of this examination approximately 18 times candidates shall qualify for the main examination and approximately up to three times candidates shall be called for the interview on the basis of the main examination.
Marks of the Preliminary examination shall not be supplied to the candidates.
Scaling system is applicable.
The candidates who are appearing in the examination of graduation are not entitled to appear in this examination because they are not eligible.
While filling the answer sheet the candidate "must use Black Ball point pen only'. Do not use any other pen or pencil in any case.
The candidate must fill his/her all information correctly in the answer sheet with Black Ball Pen. The information filled in the "Answer Sheet Must not be erased by whitener, blade or rubber etc.
In case of availability of Posts (Excise Inspector, Deputy Jailor and Zila Yuva Kalyan and Pradeshik Vikas Dal Adhikari etc.) requiring Special Physical Measurement standard prescribed in respective service rules shall be applicable.
