1. Applications are invited upto 5.45 p.m on 31-03-2009 for direct recruitment to the vacancies for the years 2006-2008 in the following post:

Note:-
Candidates who have already applied to the Commission for appointment to this post in response to the Commission’s Notification dated, 18-04-2007 may also apply to this recruitment, if they so desire and if they are otherwise qualified. If any one of them gets selected on the result of the earlier recruitment he / she may also apply for refund of fee if any paid by him / her for this recruitment or claim for ignoring this chance towards the number of free chances allowed.
3. General Information:-
The rule of reservation of appointments applies to this post and distribution of the vacancies will be as per the rule in force.
The number of vacancies advertised is only approximate and is liable for modification with reference to the vacancy position at any time before finalisation of selection for Oral Test or selection for appointment, as the case may be.
If no qualified and suitable women candidates are available for selection against the vacancies reserved for them, those vacancies will be filled by male candidates belonging to the respective communal categories.
Cerificate of Physical Fitness:-
Candidates selected for appointment to the posts will be required to produce a certificate of physical fitness in the form prescribed for “Other than Executive and Ministerial”. The Standard of vision prescribed for the post is ‘Standard- III ’ with normal colour vision. Standard -III is as follows:

Candidates with defective vision should produce eye fitness certificate from a qualified Eye Specialist.
The Physically Handicapped persons should produce before appointment a certificate of physical fitness from the Medical Board to the effect that his/her handicap will not render him/her incapable of efficiently discharging the duties attached to the post to which he/she has been selected. Physically Handicapped persons (i.e. Ortho, Blind and Deaf) are eligible for the 3% reservation of vacancies intended for PH persons. If no suitable PH candidate belonging to the category to which it is earmarked is available for selection, it will be carried forward.
Reservation for Destitute Widows and Ex-Serviceman announced in paragraph 6 of the Commission’s ’Instructions, etc. to Candidates’ will not apply to this recruitment.
Any claim relating to the selection (not related to candidature or/and claims made in the application) should be received within 90 days from the date of announcement of results. Claims received thereafter will receive no attention.
Candidates belonging to BCMs should fill-up Columns 6, 7 and 7(a) of the OMR application and shade the boxes thereunder. All the concessions / relaxations / benefits applicable to BC candidates are applicable to BC Muslim candidates also.
The expression B.C. (i.e. Backward Class) wherever it occurs in the Commission’s ‘Instructions, etc. to candidates’, ‘Information Brochure’ and OMR application form, should be read as “B.C. (Other than BCM) and B.C. (Muslim)”. [BCMs denotes Backward Class Muslims].
