2. Reservation for Physically Chali Enged Persons:-

As per G.R., Medical Education and Drug Department No.MES-1202 /(81) / MES - 1, dt. 19th August, 2005, Physically Challenged Candidates are not eligible for the subject Anaesthesiology.
Eligibility / Non-eligibility of sub-categories of Physically Challenged Candidates for the remaining subjects as per advertisement is mentioned below and only those candidates shall be considered for said post, who submit disability certificates containing specifically the categones of d disability.

The reservation for Physically Challenged persons is as per Government Circular, Social Justice and Special Assistance Department, No.Apang-2007/C.R.61/Sudhar-3, dt. 20th April, 2007.

3. Pay :- Rs.12000-420-18300 plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent Rules.

4. Age :-

Not more than 35 years as on 1st July, 2009. Relaxable as per Rules.
The upper age limit shall not apply to persons already in the service of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
Age limit may be relaxed by Corporation on the recommendation of the Commission in favour of candidates with exceptional qualifications and/or experience.
