[ The reservation specified for the D.T. (A) & N.T. (B) is intertransferable. If suitable candidates for the posts reserved for D.T. (A) & N.T. (B) are not available, the posts shall be filled by suitable candidates form any of the other categories amongst D.T. (A), N.T. (B), N.T. (C) & N.T. (D) as per Government orders/Act.]
Reservation for Physically challenged persons:
As per G. R., Public Health Department No.Anang 2004/55/Aa-2, dated 27th July, 2004 amongst Physically Challenged candidates Only Locomotor's Disability (Only One Leg affected) candidates are eligible for this post and candidates on who submit the certificate mentioning clearly such type of disability will only be considered for the post.
The reservation for Physically Challenged persons is as per Government Circular, Social Justice and Special Assistance Dept. No. Apang-2007/C.R.61/ Sudhar-3, dated 20th April, 2007.
Pay:
Rs.10000-325-15200 plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules.
[ Total Emolument Approx.Rs.27,600/- per month][Likely to be further revised in the Sixth pay Commission ]
Age:
- Not more than 35 years as on 1st August, 2009. Relaxable as per rules.
- The upper age limit shall not apply to the employee of Government of Maharashtra.
Age limit may be relaxed by Government on recommendation of the Commission in favour of candidates having exceptional qualification or experience or both.
Qualification: Candidates must possess
MBBS degree of a Statutory University or any other qualification specified in the first or second schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and
Post Graduate degree in Radiology or post graduate degree in Medicine with DMRD/DMRT/DMRE or post graduate Diploma in Medical Radiology and Diagnosis (DMRD) / Diploma in Medical Radiology and Therapy (D.M.R.T.) / Diploma in Radiology and Electrology (DMRE). or a qualification accepted as equivalent by the Medical Council of India and
Experience of Radiology work in a big hospital for not less than 5 years in case of candidate holding post graduate degree and not less than 7 years in the case of those holding post graduate diploma after acquiring the MBBS degree.
If at any stage of selection, the Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates possessing requisite experience are not available to fill up the vacancies reserved for the candidate belonging to the Scheduled Tribes, Denotified Tribes (A) & Nomadic Tribes (D), then the Commission may in the matter of such selection, relax the period of experience to the extent of 40% & select suitable candidates belonging to such Tribes.

General:
