Eligible and interested candidates should send their ITBP Applications (duly filled in Hindi or English only) complete in all respects and Candidate's ITBP Admit Card duly filled, in the prescribed proforma.

The ITBP application, either type written or neatly hand written on one side only on full size plain paper with passport size photographs affixed on application duly attested by Gazetted Officer should be sent along with application fee, and enclosures to the following address so as to reach on or before the prescribed last date i.e. 22nd December 2009 for all States except for Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State.

Application Fee for Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Recruitment:

ITBP Application Fee will be Rs.50/- for candidates belonging to General and OBC category only and no fee will be charged from SC / ST and Ex-Servicemen. The candidates should attach the Indian Postal Order or Crossed Bank Draft drawn in the name of Dy Inspector General, BTC, ITBP, payable at SBI - Panchkula, Code No - 1509.

Enclosures Required to be Attached with ITBP Application:

Following be attached with the ITBP application form.

1. Two latest passport size photographs. (One pasted on application form and another on admit card duly attested).
2. IPO / Bank Draft of Rs.50/- (for General and OBC Candidates only).
3. Two self addressed envelopes of 4"X9" size with Rs.5/- postage stamps affixed on each envelope.
4. Envelope containing Application must be superscribed in bold letters "Application for the Post of Head Constable (Dresser Veterinary) in ITBPF".

Documents / Certificates Required to be brought at the time of Recruitment Test:

Original certificate along with attested copies of following:

1. Educational certificate.

2. Date of birth certificate. (Matriculation or 10th Class certificate or certificate issued by National Open School / National Institute of Open School as proof of date of birth).

3. Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / OBC certificate (if belonging to any of these categories) issued by an authority not lower than Tehsildar or SDM.

Note: OBC certificate must be in prescribed proforma as attached.

4. Domicile certificate issued by local revenue authorities for verification of citizenship / for claiming relaxation in height and chest.

5. Discharge certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen.

6. Veterinary Stock Assistant Course certificate.
