SSB Direct Recruitment of Head Constable (Ministerial)

SSB Applications are invited from male Indian Citizens fulfilling the eligibility criteria for filling the vacancies of Head Constable (Ministerial) in the "Sashatra Seema Bal", Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India. The last date of receipt of SSB application form is 07.05.2010.

However, the closing date of receipt of application by post from the candidates hailing from North Eastern States, Sikkim, Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba, Lahaul and Spiti districts of Himachal Pradesh, ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep will be 14.05.2010. No application will be entertained received after the above date.

SSB Vacancies 2010:

Note:

1. 10% vacancies (i.e. 22) are reserved for Ex-Servicemen. Reservation of vacancies for ex-servicemen will be horizontal.
2. The Head Constable posts are temporary but likely to become permanent.
3. The number of vacancies in SSB 2010 is subject to change.

Other Allowances: As admissible to the Central Government Employees from time to time under rules.

Place of Duty: Any where within as well as outside the Territory of India.
