7. Educational and Other Qualifications: Essential:

1. Master's Degree of a recognized university or equivalent qualification in Indian History or Sanskrit or Pali or Prakrit or Persian or Arabic with special knowledge of Epigraphy Manuscripts & Calligraphy,
2. Diploma in Museology and 5 years experience in a Museum of standing or comparable Institution, or 7 years experience in a museum of standing or comparable institution,
3. Research experience with evidence of Published research work in the field of manuscripts and farmans etc.
4. Practical experience and training in the field of manuscripts and farmans

8. Relaxation: Qualifications and age relaxable by the Board on the recommendations of the selection committee in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

7. Educational and other qualifications

Essential:

1. Degree or Diploma in Arts, or Interior Decoration & Designs Architecture from a recognized College of Fine Arts, or equivalent qualifications from any other recognized institution.
2. 7 Years experience in lay out of galleries & organizing exhibitions in a Museum or any other similar institutions.

Desirable:

1. Practical experience & knowledge in the field of interior decoration,
2. Knowledge of Modern exhibition methods and techniques

8. Relaxation: Age and qualifications relaxable by the Board in special cases of merit.

1. Name of the Post: Senior Technical Assistant (Chemical)

7. Educational and other qualifications

Essential:

1. M.Sc. in Chemistry, or a B.Sc, with at least 5 years experience in Chemical conservation work.
2. Thorough knowledge of cleaning and preservative agents in respect of inorganic material.

Desirable: Experience in analysis work pertaining to the art objects including those on paper.
