Special NPCIL Recruitment Drive for the persons with disabilities (PWD)

Applications are invited from Persons With Disabilities for filling up the following backlog vacancies in NPCIL, a premier Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, involved in the Design, Construction, Operation & Maintenance of Nuclear Power Stations / Projects.

Educational & Other Qualification for NPCIL Recruitment 2010 :

1. Scientific Assistant - B (Pathology Lab Technician)

1. B.Sc. with 50% marks + one year Diploma in Medical Lab. Tech. (D.M.L.T.) with 60% marks Or
2. B.Sc. in Medical Lab.Tech. with 60% marks.

2. Nurse 'A' :

1. XII Standard and Diploma in Nursing and Mid-wifery (3 years course) + Registration as 'A'Grade Nurse Or
2. B.Sc. (Nursing) Or
3. Possessing Nursing 'A' Certificate with 03 years experience in hospital Or
4. Nursing Assistant Class-III and above from the Armed Forces.

Candidates possessing degree in nursing will be considered for awarding two additional increments in the scale of pay.

Note : Persons suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disabilities shall alone be eligible. The NPCIL upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for SC-PWD candidates & 08 years for OBC-PWD candidates. Other relaxation & exemption will be given as per Govt. orders.

1. NPCIL Application (preferably type written) to be sent as per the format provided in this advertisement.
2. NPCIL Advertisement No. and Post applied for shall be superscripted on the envelope.
3. A recent self attested passport size photograph should be affixed on the space provided for in the format.
4. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector Organization should forward their application through proper channel or attach a "No objection certificate" from their employer.
5. Attested copies of certificates in support of :
1. Educational qualification
2. Date of birth
3. belonging to SC / OBC / Ex serviceman
4. Disability Certificate
5. Experience Certificate, if any, should be attached with the application.

NPCIL Recruitment 2010 General Instructions :

1. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances viz. Dearness Allowance at the Central Government rates, PF, LTC, Medical, Canteen Subsidy, Production Incentive, Group Insurance, Gratuity, Housing, etc. as per Corporation rules will be part of the remuneration package.
2. The number of NPCIL Vacancies indicated above may vary based on the actual requirement at the time of selection.
3. Outstation SC candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to & fro sleeper class Rail / Bus fare by shortest route on production of journey tickets.
4. Incomplete applications and applications without enclosures are liable to be rejected.
5. Mere fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for NPCIL Interview.
6. The initial posting will be at Narora Atomic Power Station, Narora. However, the personnel are liable for transfer to other Units of NPCIL in India.
