NLC Recruitment of Medical Professionals

NLC Ltd., a leading Public Sector Enterprise, under the Ministry of Coal, earning profit over three decades and poised for rapid growth in terms of Mining activities and Power generation, invites applications from the Medical Professionals, possessing PG Degree / PG Diploma and experience prescribed against each of the following specialties, for its 369 Bed General Hospital at Neyveli.

Depending upon NLC Ltd Recruitment qualification, length of experience, present position and performance in the interview, the selected candidates will be placed suitably in any of the following pay scales, including at higher stages in the respective pay scales.

Reservation of posts : Two posts are reserved for Persons with Disability. Reservation of posts for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per GOI guidelines.

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit : Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST & 3 years for OBC. Persons with disabilities are entitled for relaxation of upper age limit by 5 years (in addition to relaxation entitled to various reserved categories). Ex-Servicemen and Employees of PSE / Govt. Organizations will be considered for Age relaxation, as applicable. In all the cases of relaxation, maximum age limit is 58 years.

NLC Recruitment 2010 Selection Procedure : Selection will be based on personal interview, which will be conducted at Chennai, date / time will be intimated to the eligible candidates.

General Conditions for NLC Limited Recruitment 2010 :

1. Candidates from PSE / Govt. / Quasi Govt. should apply through proper channel or produce NOC at the time of NLC Interview for Medical Professionals.
2. Candidates called for attending the Interview are eligible for reimbursement of Traveling expenses (To and Fro 2-Tier A/C Train / Bus single Fare) for their travel from the Present address to the Interview Venue by the shortest route, subject to production of proof.
3. Candidates are informed that mere submission of Applications shall not give them any right to be called for NLC Interview / NLC Ltd Selection and NLC reserves the right not to fill up any or all the posts notified at its discretion.
