National Fertilizers Ltd Recruitment of Management Trainees - A Challenging Career

NFL, a MINI RATNA and profit making premier Company in the Fertilizer Sector, having annual turnover of over Rs. 5,000 crores, committed to the philosophy of building up and developing human resources as an integral part of its future growth strategy, with modern plants at Nangal, Bathinda, Panipat and Vijaipur and having Marketing Network in most parts of the country, invites NFL applications for Management Trainees.

NFL Recruitment 2010 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Indian Citizen.
2. Medical Fitness.
3. Verified good conduct / character.
4. Age as on 31.12.2009: not above 27 years (29 years for Post Graduates).

Relaxation of 5 years for SC / ST and also for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1.1.80 to 31.12.89, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for Physically Handicapped persons (15 years for SCs / STs and 13 years for OBCs).

Qualifications for National Fertilizers Recruitment:

The candidates must possess any of the following qualification from recognized University / Institute with 60% marks (50% marks for SC / ST) / equivalent grade:

Remarks: 2 posts are reserved for Physically Handicapped (Low Vision) with persons having 40% or more disability against the identified posts in Personnel and Public Relations disciplines through inter - locking reservation against point No. 100 and 33.

* PGDBM should be of 2 years full time (recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC / AICTE).

For MT (Welfare):

PG Degree / Diploma should be recognised by State Govt. for appointment as Welfare Officer under Factories Act. Candidates should possess adequate knowledge of Hindi and / or Punjabi Language.

For MT (HRD):

Preference to candidates possessing additional qualification of MBA (2 years full time) or Diploma in Training from ISTD or other Institute recognised by Govt. of India. Candidates possessing experience in imparting Training and / or preparing training Material in an organisation of repute will have added advantage.

Note:

1. The above requirement of National Fertilizers vacancies may vary at the time of final selection of candidates keeping in view the changed scenario, if any.
2. Candidates who are appearing in National Fertilizers Limited final examination and expecting declaration of NFL result by 31.8.2010 can also apply.
3. Candidates against whom a criminal case is pending in a court of law need not apply.
4. "Persons with Low Vision" means a person with impairement of visual functioning after treatment of standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable of using vision for the planning or execution of a task with appropriate assistive device.
5. The caste of OBC candidates should be covered under Central List. Candidates of OBC category belonging to Creamy Layer need not apply against OBC quota. They would be considered only against general category.
6. Candidates should apply only for one discipline.
