Khadi and Village Industries Commission invites applications from Indian Citizens for the below mentioned post of Assistant Development Officer (Marketing).

Eligibility Criteria for KVIC Recruitment 2010 :

A. Nationality : Candidates must be a Citizen of India.

B. Educational Qualification for KVIC Jobs 2010 :

Essential Qualification for Assistant Development Officer Jobs :

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or pass in SSC or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board / University And Three years regular service in production, Marketing and packing in any department of Central / State Government or in any organization or statutory body.

C. Desirable : Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management Knowledge of Computer application.

KVIC Age Limit 2010 : Between 18 and 30 years of age.

Relaxation for KVIC 2010 Recruitment :

• SC / ST : By 5 years.
• OBC : By 3 years.
• PH : By 10 years.
• Ex-Serviceman : By 3 years in addition to usual period of service in the defence forces subject to maximum age of 50 years. Govt. / Employees of KVIC 35 years.

KVIC Recruitment 2010 Selection Process :

1. KVIC Selection will be on the basis of performance in personal interview.

2. The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.

3. Where the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it will not be convenient or possible for the KVIC to interview all the candidates, the KVIC at their discretion may restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit by any one or more of the following method :

1. On the basis of either qualifications higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
2. On the basis of the experience in the relevant field.
3. By holding a screening test.

The candidate should therefore, mention all the qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications and should attach attested / self certified copies of the certificate in support thereof.

Appointment : The selected Candidate will be posted any where in India.

KVIC Application Form 2010 : Applications format should be typed neatly in Hindi or English. Application and copies of the required certificates must be sent by ordinary post only in a cover superscribed "KVIC Application for the post of Assistant Development Officer (Marketing)".
