Recruitment of Security Assistant (Executive)

Applications are invited for the post of Security Assistant (Executive), Group-C (Non-Gazetted/Non-Ministerial) in the Intelligence Bureau, (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India, in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Ray Rs. 2000/- (plus usual Central Government allowances) in the following Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau (Ministry of Home Affairs):

The number of vacancies are provisional and liable to change.

The posts are temporary but likely to continue indefinitely.

Scale of pay: Rs. 5200-20200/- and Grade pay Rs. 2000/- plus allowances at Central Govt, rates.

Age: Not exceeding 27 years as on closing date of application.

Relaxable for Government servants upto five years in accordance with the instructions/orders issued by the Central Government.

Similarly upper age limit is also relaxable for SC / ST / OBC. Ex-Serviceman as per Government of India rules.

IB Qualification:

1. Essential: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution.
2. Desirable: Field Experience in intelligence work.
