Ordnance Factory Applications may be submitted in plain paper duly hand-written or typed in the format given below duly supported with attested copies of certificates in proof of qualification, date of birth, caste and experience.
A self attested recent photograph (not more than 03 months old) might the pasted in the application at the top right hand corner. Two more copies of the same photographs duly self attested in the front side may also be enclosed with the Indian Ordnance Factories application.

Three copies of the recent Passport size photographs (not more than 03 months old), out of which one will be pasted (duly self attested in the front side) on the space provided in the Ordnance Factory application form and two copies of the same photographs (duly self attested in the front side may also be enclosed with the Ordnance Factory application form. In the case of submission of photographs with different appearance, your application will be rejected.
