Indian Ordnance Factories Jabalpur invites applications for the following Group 'C' post of Semi-Skilled Grade in the Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200/- and Grade Pay of Rs.1800/- plus allowances as admissible to Central Government employees, from the citizens of India, who are fulfilling the requisite qualification / specifications as mentioned below on plain paper duly typed or neatly handwritten in the following format only.

1. Machinist : One Leg, Partially Deaf and Deaf.
2. Fitter General : One Leg, Both Legs, Partially Deaf and Deaf.

Posts reserved for Physically Handicapped Persons and Ex-Servicman will be adjusted by Horizontal Reservation i.e the selected candidate will be adjusted against the categories of SC / ST / OBC / UR to which they belong. The General Manager, Vehicle Factory, Jabalpur reserves the right to change the number of vacancies if necessary.

If sufficient candidates are not available for particular posts / trades the vacancies can be added to the other posts / trades. The successful candidate will have to give an undertaking that they will be re-designated to any equivalent post as per exigency of production requirement in the factory.

Abbreviations stands for :

Age Limit for Indian Ordnance Factory Jabalpur Recruitment 2010 : 18 to 32 Years for General Candidates, as on last date of receipt of application.

Ordnance Factory Jabalpur Relaxation :

1. Upto the period of trade apprenticeship.
2. Upto 5 Years for SC & ST candidates as per rules.
3. Upto 3 Years for OBC candidates on production of Caste Certificate with "Non-Creamy Layer" clause issued by the Competent Authority.
4. Upto 3 Years in addition to the period of service rendered in the Defence Services for Ex-Servicemen on production of Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen issued by Competent Authority.
5. Upto 10 Years for Physically Handicapped Persons on production of Medical Certificate required for Central Government Service issued by Competent Authority.
6. Upto 40 Years for Departmental Candidates with 3 Years continuous service (additional 5 years for SC / ST and 3 Years for OBC candidates)..
