Pay Scale, Allowances and Perquisites:

Besides Gross Salary as per the pay scale given above, all the posts indicated above shall carry other facilities like Company's Car & Driver Salary, Leased Accommodation facility (in lieu of HRA), contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave fare concession, reimbursement of medical expenses, vehicle loan, housing loan etc. as per IIFCL Staff Service Regulations & Rules of the Company amended from time to time.

IIFCL may consider grant of upto four initial increments in the scale of pay fixed for the Grade in which the appointment is proposed to be made in the case of deserving candidates.
