Relaxation / Concessions :

a. Age relaxation by 5 years for SC / ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD (degree of disability 40% or above) candidates as applicable.

b. Age relaxation by 5 years for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989.

c. Age relaxation by 5 years for Ex-servicemen & Commissioned Officers (including ECOs / SSCOs) subject to rendering minimum 5 years military service and fulfillment of other conditions prescribed by Govt. of India.

d. Relaxed standards in Personal Interview will be applicable for SC / ST / OBC candidates. All the outstation candidates appearing for Personal Interviews shall be reimbursed 2nd class rail fare by the shortest route to the place of interview, provided the distance travelled is not less than 30 kms.

Please note that the date of travel should not be more than 2 days prior or after the date of HPCL Interviews and reimbursement will be subject to production of the Travel Tickets / proof of journey (both ways).

HPCL Mumbai Recruitment 2010 Selection Process :

Personal Interviews in HPCL 2010 : Candidates fulfilling all of the above criteria will be called for the Personal Interview as per the policy of the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation.

Pre-employment Medical Examination : Candidates shortlisted in the Personal Interview will be required to undergo medical examination. Reference for a medical examination does not mean final selection, which may please be noted.

The final selection / Offer of Employment will be based on the candidate's score in Personal Interview and being declared as Medically Fit by HPCL Designated Physician and subject to fulfilment of other eligibility criteria with respect to. Academic Qualification, Age, Caste, NOC (from present Employer, in case you are working in a Government / Quasi-Government / Public Sector Undertaking), Relieving letter etc. as may be applicable.

Emoluments and Placements :

These positions are in Management Cadre in "A" grade in the Salary Scale of Rs.24,900 - 50,500. Besides basic pay and industrial pattern of DA, other allowances include HRA, Medical facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Employees Pension Scheme, LFA, Contributory Superannuation Benefit, etc. and other perquisites shall be applicable as per the grade and Corporations rules.

The HPCL CTC would be appx. Rs.08.00 lakhs per annum. In addition to this, performance related pay and non-practising allowance shall also be payable as per the Corporation's policy.

HPCL Posting can be in any Division / Department of the Corporation at any place in the country / otherwise and the services thereafter will be transferable as required by the HPCL.
