Special FCI Recruitment Drive 2009 for persons with disabilities.

The Food Corporation of India, one of the largest Undertaking dealing with Foodgrain Management and Allied activities wishes to induct young and talented Management Trainees at the level of Managers in its different Cadres as well as Category III personnel for manning posts in the District / Regional / Zonal establishments in West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa & Jharkhand.

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals having Physical Disabilities for Special Recruitment Drive - 2009 only who fulfill the prescribed qualifications, experience, age etc. for the disciplines indicated below :

Category - II : Management Trainee in FCI

Category - III : FCI East Zone Recruitment 2010

In addition to the stipend, the FCI Management Trainees 2010 during the training period shall also be eligible for train journey by AC 3 Tier and daily allowances as per the rules of the Corporation. However, the trainees shall not be reimbursed any lodging charge separately.

Qualification & Experience for FCI East Zone Recruitment 2010 :

For Code No. 01, i.e. FCI Recruitment 2010 Management Trainee [ Manager(Tech) ] : Degree in Agriculture OR in Science with Diploma in Food Technology from a recognized University / Institute.

For Code No. 02, i.e. FCI Management Trainee 2010 [ Manager (A/Cs.) ] : CA / AICWA / ACWA (London) / MBA(Fin.) from a recognized University / Institute.

For Code No. 03, i.e. AG. I [ Hindi ] :

Essential for FCI Recruitment 2010 :

1. Master Degree of a recognized University in Hindi / English with English / Hindi as a main subject at Degree level Or Master Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi and English as main subjects at Degree level Or Master Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi / English medium and English / Hindi as main subjects at Degree level Or Master Degree in Hindi / English or any other subject with Hindi / English medium with English / Hindi as a main subject or as medium of examination at Degree level.
2. Recognized Diploma / Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central / State Govt. offices including Govt. of India Undertaking.

For Code No. 04, i.e. AG. II [ Hindi ] :

Essential :

1. Degree of a recognized University with Hindi as a main subject.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. One year experience of translation from English to Hindi and viceversa.

For Code No. 05, i.e. Typist [ Hindi ] :

Essential :

1. Graduate or equivalent.
2. 30.w.p.m. speed in Hindi typing.
3. Preference will be given to the candidates knowing bilingual-typing (English and Hindi) and computer knowledge.
