Recruitment and Assessment Centre (RAC), Delhi, invites applications from highly motivated scientifc personnel for recruitment as Junior Research Fellows (JRF) to contribute to its ongoing assignment "Science & Technology Task (STT)".
This assignment is purely on temporary basis and shall be availble for a period of two years at a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,000/- pm plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) and medical facilities as admissible under DRDO rules.

DRDO Qualification: Candidates must possess First Class B.E/B.Tech. (with min 65% marks) in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering or Information Technology for Item No. 1 and First Class M.A. or M.Sc. (with min 65% marks) in Psychology for Item No. 2.
Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2010: 28 years on the last date of receipt of application.
Relaxation for DRDO Recruitment 2010: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years additional for Physically Handicapped person (HH & OH only).
Stipend: Stipend will be given Rs. 12,000/- p.m. The duration of fellowship is two years. Registration for MS/PhD will be encouraged.
Note: Candidates fulfilling the above requirements may attend walk-in-interview at the above mentioned date, time and venue. Depending upon the No. of candidates the interviews may spill over to the next day.

Candidates working in Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies should bring NOC from their respective department at the time of interview. The completed application forms should also be duly signed and accompanied with the attested copies of relevant certificates showing date of birth, educational qualifications and percentage of marks etc.
Candidates should bring with them their entire original certificates failing which they will not be allowed for interview. Those having qualified UGC/CSIR NET shall be preferred.
Canvassing in any form or attempting to bring in influence will lead to disqualifications. The decision of the Director, RAC Delhi shall be final in all matters pertaining to the interview and selection.
Candidates reporting after 1000 hrs. will not be entertained. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview. "It may please be noted that offer of Fellowships does not confer on Fellows any right for absorption in DRDO". Candidates may also send their applications in advance.
