Filling up the following Posts on deputation basis in the Central Bureau of Investigation Delhi.

• Senior Advisor (Taxation)
• Advisor (Taxation)
• Deputy Advisor (Insurance)
• Junior Advisor (Taxation)

Central Bureau of Investigation Applications are invited from eligible and willing officers for filling the post(s) of Senior Advisor (Taxation), Advisor (Taxation), Deputy Advisor (Insurance) & Junior Advisor (Taxation) on deputation basis in the Central Bureau of Investigation New Delhi.

Details of the post, eligibility conditions etc. are given below. The pay of the officers selected for appointment on deputation basis, will be regulated in terms of DP & T O.M. No. 2/29/91-Estt. (Pay-ll), dated 05.01.1994.

CBI Applications of only such officers / candidates will be considered as are routed through proper channel and are accompanied with

1. Bio - data (in triplicate) as in the proforma given.
2. Attested photocopies of ACRs for the last five years.
3. Vigilance Clearance / Integrity Certificate.
4. Statement given details of major or minor penalties imposed on the officer, if any, during the last 10 years.

CBI Eligibility conditions for appointment on deputation (including short term contract):

Officer under the Central Government / State Governments / Union Territories / Reserve Bank of India / Nationalized Banks:

(a)

1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department; or
2. With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.14,300 - 18,300 or equivalent in the parent cadre / department: and

(b) Possessing the following CBI Recruitment 2010 educational qualifications and experience:

Essential Qualifications for CBI Recruitment:

1. Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
2. Twelve years experience of inspection / vigilance / operational work in the field of taxation.

Central Bureau of Investigation Recruitment 2010 Desirable Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent. Or
2. A qualification recognized for enrollment in the register of members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Or
3. Diploma in Taxation Law from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent.

Period of Deputation for Central Bureau of Investigation Jobs:

The period of deputation (including short - term contract) including period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization / department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years.

Central Bureau of Investigation Eligibility conditions for appointment on deputation (including short term contract):

Officer under the Central Government / State Governments / Union Territories / Reserve Bank of India / Nationalized Banks:

(a)

1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department; or
2. With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.10,000 - 15,200 or equivalent in the parent cadre / department; and

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience for Central Bureau of Investigation Vacancies:

Essential Qualifications for CBI Jobs:

1. Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
2. Ten years experience of inspection / vigilance / operational work in the field of taxation.

Desirable Qualifications for CBI India Recruitment:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent. Or
2. A qualification recognized for enrollment in the register of members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Or
3. Diploma in Taxation Law from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent.

Period of Deputation for CBI Jobs in Delhi:

The period of deputation (including short - term contract) including period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization / department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed four years.
