Filling up the pott of Principal System Analyst on deputation basis in the Central Bureau of Investigation.

CBI New Delhi invites Applications from eligible and willing officers for filling up the posts of Principal System Analyst in the Central Bureau of Investigation. Details of posts, eligibility conditions etc. is given in the Annexure.

1. The pay of the officer selected for appointment as mentioned above, on deputation basis, will be regulated in terms of DP&T OM No. 2/29/91-Estt.(Pay.II) dated 05.01.1994.

1. Cadre clearance.


2. Bio-data (in triplicate) as in the proforma given (Annexure-ll).


3. Attested photocopies of ACRs for the last five years.


4. Vigilance Clearance.


5. Integrity Certificate and


6. Statement giving details of major or minor penalties imposed on the officer, if any, during the last 10 years.

Classification of the Post : General Central Service Group 'A' Gazetted Non-Ministrial.

Pay Scale: PB-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100/-) plus Grade Pay Rs.7600/-

Age Limit for CBI Recruitment 2010 : Maximum age limit for appointment by Deputation (including short-term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

Eligibility conditions for appointment on deputation : Officer under the Central or State Government or Universities or Recognised Research institutes or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organisations :

(a)

1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; OR


2. With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in PB-3 Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 with GP Rs.6,600/-or equivalent in the parent cadre / department.

Educational and other qualifications, experience required for the post :

Essential :

A.

1. Master's Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Master of Technology (with specialization in Computer Application) or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology of a recognized University and


2. Eight years' experience of electronic data processing work out of which four years' experience in design, development or organizing computerized information storage and retrieval system in UNIX or Window Networking. Windows Relational Data Base Management System (Oracle 7 or higher version), environment and development toots like C, C++ and Visual C++.

OR

B.

1. Degree in Computer application or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University, and


2. Ten year's experience of Electronic data processing work out of which five years' experience in design, development or organizing computerized information storage and retrieval system in UNIX or Window Networking. Windows Relational Data Base Management System (Oracle 7 or higher version), environment and development tools like C, C++ and Visual C++.

Desirable: Knowledge of Communication Protocols and Encryption Techniques.

Place of Posting: CBI Head Quarters, New Delhi.

1. Management of Systems Division.


2. Network administration


3. Technical support for CBI's existing and future computerization plans.


4. System Administration.


5. Security administration of Systems and Network.


6. Defining and implementing Systems and procedures for smooth functioning of Systems Division.


7. Applications Design and implementation.


8. Any other duty as assigned by any other senior officer.
