Employees State Insurance Corporation Applications in the prescribed form are invited for filling up the posts of Specialist Grade - II (Senior Scale) (Super Specialities) and Specialist Grade - II (Jr. Scale) in ESIC Super Speciality Hospital, Sanath Nagar, Andhra Pradesh as detailed below :

The candidate belonging to any of the category (whether General or SC or ST or OBC) may apply in any of the speciality in which he / she is fulfilling the eligibility criteria irrespective of the fact whether the vacancy is for reserved or unreserved category.
Specialist Pay Scales :

ESIC Age Limit 2010: (For both the posts): Not exceeding 45 years (relaxable upto 5 years for employees of the Employees State Insurance Corporation and the Government Servants).
ESIC Upper age limit is also relaxable to SC / ST / OBC & other categories of persons as per rules / instructions of Govt. of India.
Educational & Other Qualifications for Specialist Jobs :
(A) Specialist Grade - II (Senior Scale) (Super Specialities).
Essential :
1. A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part - II of Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Holders of educational qualification included in Part - II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-Section (3) of the Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
2. Post Graduate Degree in the concerned speiciality as mentioned in Table 'A' below :
3. 5 years experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree.
4. Language test : The candidate shall have passed middle level examination in official language of the State concerned where the ESIC vacancies are notified or if no candidate is available who fulfills the required conditions, Selection Board will have powers to recommend candidates who have working knowledge of local language.
Note I : In the case of holders of D.M. / M.Ch. qualification of 05 years duration, the period of senior PG residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M. / M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of 5 years experience.
Note II : Qualifications with regard to experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Appointing Authority on recommendation of the Selection Committee in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Note III : The qualifications regarding experience in respect of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes candidates is relaxable based on the guidelines issued by the Government of India from time to time.
Note IV : Work experience after obtaining the P.G. Degree will be reckoned as on 15.06.2010.
Experience certificates duly signed by the Head of Department indicating clearly the period and nature of work should be submitted along with the ESIC application form.
(B) Specialists Grade - II (Jr. Scale) :
Essential :
1. A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part - II of Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Holders of educational qualification included in Part - II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-Section (3) of the Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
2. Post Graduate Qualification in the requisite Speciality as mentioned in Table 'A' below.
3. 3 / 5 years work experience in a responsible position connected with the speciality for Post Graduate Degree / Diploma holder respectively.
4. Language test : The candidate shall have passed middle level examination in official language of the State concerned where the ESIC vacancies are notified or if no candidate is available who fulfills the required conditions, Selection Board will have powers to recommend candidates who have working knowledge of local language.
