Employees State Insurance Corporation New Delhi Recruitment 2010 Selection Procedure :
(a) The selection for the posts of Specialist Grade - II (Junior Scale), will be on the basis of interview which will be conducted by the Selection Board at a suitable place in the State particularly the State capital.
The results of the interview will be published in the Employment News / Rozgar Samachar / daily news paper and no inquiry or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
(b) However, the selection for the post of Insurance Medical Officer Grade - II & Dental Surgeon will be made on the basis of written test (objective type) followed by interview of those candidates who qualify the written test.
The result of the written test and result after interview will be published in Employment News / Rozgar Samachar / daily news paper and no inquiry or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
(c) ESIC New Delhi 2010 Examination Centres :

No TA / DA will be paid to any candidate including SC / ST candidates for appearing in the written test.
Note 1 : Number of ESIC vacancies can vary at the time of selection.
Note 2 : The candidate applying for the post of Specialist should mention state of his / her choice on the top right hand side of the ESIC application form.
Note 3 : The selected candidates will be kept posted in the State chosen, upto the promotional post carrying the Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- in the respective cadre, as far as possible, but they are liable to be posted anywhere in India.
Note 4 : The Corporation reserves the right not to conduct written test / interview in the State chosen by the candidate and to call candidates to a centre other than his / her choice, in the event of inadequate number of candidates available for interview in a particular venue or as per the decision the Corporation.
Note 5 : The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date of receipt of ESIC applications from candidates in India i.e. 15.06.2010 (and not the closing date prescribed for those in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep).
Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
General Conditions for Employees State Insurance Corporation New Delhi Recruitment 2010:
(i) Mere submission of ESIC application form does not confer any right to the candidate for being called for written test / interview.
(ii) A candidate should submit one ESIC application form for one post. Submission of more than one ESIC application form may lead to rejection of all ESIC applications submitted.
(iii) ESIC application form should be submitted in the prescribed form only. It should be filled up in block / capital letters in the candidates own handwriting.
(iv) Incomplete or Unsigned ESIC applications or the ESIC applications received without the certified copies of mark sheets / certificates of educational qualification, examination fee, caste and photographs and those received after the last date of receipt of ESIC applications will summarily be rejected without any communication to the candidate.
(v) The centre of examination once opted will not be allowed to be changed.
(vi) Wrong declarations / submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.
(vii) The candidates should ensure that they have signed in the appropriate box given in the ESIC application form and also at the end of the ESIC application form.
(viii) ESIC will not be responsible for postal delays.
