Minimum Educational Qualifications, Post Qualification Work Experience and preferable qualifications (as on 01.07.2008):

Post: Chief Manager-IT

Qualification

1. BE/B.Tech (4 years full time degree course) in Computer Science/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Information Technology or MCA or Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communications / Mathematics / Statistics / Operational Research as full time regular student, from a recognised University/Institute recognised by Government of India with aminimum of 60% marks.
2. First class 3 years full time Science Graduates with Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2 from a recognized University having passed DOEACC 'B' level Additional higher qualification such as M.Tech & MBA (Systems) will be given preference.

Minimun Post Qualification Experience

1. Post qualification experience of not less than 5 years in reputed Commercial / IT organization / Bank / Financial Institutions with min. 1 year experience in Scale III (or its equivalent) in Techno managerial cadre in the Bank / Financial Institution / Goverment/Public Sector. For Qualification
2. post qualification experience of not less than 8 years out of which at least 3 years experience should be in Scale III (or its equivalent) in Techno managerial cadre in the Bank / Financial Institution / Goverment/Public Sector.
3. For both the above, teaching / call centre related experience will not be considered and the applicant / candidate should have high degree of proficiency in any two or more in the following areas:
4. Exposure in Core Banking Solution Finacle) / Banking Software Application Software Acquisition / Development Hardware Acquisition / Maintenance Different Operating Systems & RDBMS with emphasis on Oracle
5. Proficiency in Front End Development Tools like Developer 2000, Visual Studio etc. Knowledge in ASP / PHP /Java / C++ / Cobol
6. Networking & Communication Unix / Windows NT / Windows 2003 based hardware
7. Banking Delivery Channels (ATM, Tele-Banking, Internet Banking, Fax Banking, e-Banking, m-Banking, Payment Gateway) Management System Audit.
8. Data Warehousing & Mining. Management Information System. Cyber Security Management / IT Security Implementation.

Preferable Qualification

1. For both the qualifications candidates having certification in OCA/OCP/CISA/CISCO/CCN A/ITIL and exposure in the following areas will get preference
2. Managing Complex Banking/Financial applications like CBS, Other applications like; Asset Liability Management, Anti Money Laundering, -Data ware house, Transfer Pricing, CRM etc.
3. Database management and Administration
4. Operating System management and Administration
5. Vendor / SLA management-Data Centre Management.

Post Senior Manager-IT

Qualification

1. Qualification

1. 1st Class Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognized University

Minimum Post Qualification Experience

1. Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the field of Civil Engineering. Experience in any Bank / Financial Institution in the related field shall be preferred

All Educational Qualifications should be from a recognized Board/ University/ Institute. The Educational Qualifications prescribed for the post are the minimum.

Candidates must possess these qualifications and must attach proof thereof along with the Printout.

The work experience, wherever required, should be relevant to the post applied for and should be post qualification i.e. it will be counted from the date of acquiring the prescribed qualification. Experience should be as a full time permanent employee.
