Candidates are required to apply On-Line through website www.unitedbankofindia.com

No other means / mode of application will be accepted.

Candidates applying for more than one post are required to make demand drafts for each post separately and are required to apply on-line for each post separately.

Guidelines for filling up applications are:

Candidate should have a valid e-mail ID.

In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail Id, he/she should create his/ her new e-mail Id before applying on-line.

Candidates are advised to keep the Demand Draft / Bankers' Cheque, particulars of educational qualifications, work experience , caste certificate , ex-serviceman certificate, and other personal details ready as these details are required to be entered in the Online Application.

Without Demand Draft / Bankers' Cheque details, application will not be registered.

To apply open Bank's Website www.unitedbankofindia.com, click on the appropriate link alongside i.e. "Apply On-Line". Fill in the required details therein including the Demand Draft / Bankers' Cheque Number, date etc. and click on the "Submit" button at the end of the Online Application Form.

After applying Online, take a print out of System Generated On-Line Application Form in A-4 size paper, firmly paste a recent passport size photograph bearing the signature of the candidate at the appropriate space provided at the right hand top corner of the application form and sign at the bottom of the application form at the space provided.

Attach following documents to the System Generated On-Line Application Form and send by ordinary post.

1. Xerox copy of School leaving certificate in support of Date of Birth.
2. Xerox copy of the Final convocation Degree certificate, certificates in respect of passing Graduate Degree and Post Graduate Degree (Provisional Certificate will be accepted only if the candidate has passed the relevant examination before 01-07-2009 or the university has not yet issued the convocation certificates .
3. Year wise / semester-wise Mark sheets for the Graduate and Post Graduate degree or Professional Course.
4. Medical Certificates in case of Physically Challenged candidates.
5. SC / ST Caste certificate / OBC certificate with "Non-Creamy Layer Clause" (Not more than one year old).
6. Work experience certificates wherever applicable
7. Experience certificates specifying designation, job profiles, period of service (with specific dates, emoluments, activity profile) with previous and present employers etc.
8. Selected candidates will be required to produce a valid discharge certificate from the present employer before joining the service.
9. Demand Draft / Bankers' Cheque.

Candidate's name, date of birth, Address, Post Code & Computer Generated Application Number should be written on the back of demand draft / bankers' cheque.

System Generated Online Application Form complete in all respects enclosing the above documents and the relevant Demand Draft / Bankers' Cheque should be sent in a closed envelope by Ordinary Post only superscribing as "Application for the Post of ---------------------(Post Code ------.)" so as to reach on or before the relevant last date to the following address.
