The selected candidate is liable to be posted, at the sole discretion of the UBI Bank and as per its exigencies, in offices, anywhere in India.
3. UBI Recruitment 2010 Age Limit :
The candidate in the Unreserved Category should have completed as on 31.12.2009 the Minimum & Maximum Age as indicated in Para 1 above.
4. Eligibility Criteria for UBI Bank Recruitment 2010:
- Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate must be either.
- a Citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal (or)
- a subject of Bhutan (or)
a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 01.01.1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India. (or)
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination & / or interview but on final selection the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government of India.

1. Vacancy of Deputy General Manager (Human Resource).
Educational Qualifications :
Degree of a recognised University (or) equivalent with 60% marks in the final year of Degree course and
Post Graduate Masters Degree of a recognised University (or) equivalent with Specialisation in Human Recourse.
Work Experience :
A minimum of 10 years post Qualification work experience in Human Resource Management of which atleast 05 years in a senior level position. The candidate should be proficient in handling Manpower Planning, Recruitments, Placements, Induction Mentoring, Job Competencies Mapping, Performance Assessment Promotions and Rewards, Salary and Compensation including Management of Payment of Terminal Benefits, Etc.

Educational Qualifications for UBI Recruitment 2010:
Degree of a recognised University (or) equivalent with 60% marks in the final year of Degree course. and
Post Graduate Masters Degree of a recognised University or equivalent with Specialisation in journalism (or) mass Communication (or). Public Relations (or) Advertising.
Work Experience :
A minimum of 10 years post Qualification work experience in Brand Management, Strategy Management, Media Relations of which atleast 05 years in a senior level position.
The candidate should posses' proficiency in oral and Written Communication, especially in the area of Banking and Finance. Should be well conversant in Media Relations and press Liaisons for Planning and organizing Press conferences and other Corporate Image Building exercise.
