A recent, recognizable passport size photograph should be firmly pasted on the application and should be signed across by the candidate. Four copies of the self attested photographs should be retained for use at the time of written examination and interview. Candidates are advised not to change their appearance till the recruitment process is complete. Failure to produce the same photograph at the time of written test / interview may lead to disqualification.
Before applying, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. The Bank would be free to reject any application, at any stage of the recruitment process, if the candidate is found ineligible for the post for which he/she has applied. The decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of examination, interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal enquiries shall be entertained by the bank in this behalf.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD category are required to submit an attested copy of their Caste Certificate / Certificate of Handicap issued by the Competent Authority as specified below. However, these candidates will have to produce original as well as attested photocopies of the educational certificates and caste certificate, if any, in support of their eligibility at the time of interview, failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
In case of candidates belonging to OBC category, the certificate inter alia must specify that the candidate does not belong to "Creamy Layer" section excluded from the benefits of the reservations for Other Backward Classes in Civil Post & Services under Government of India. OBC certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of application.
Persons With Disability candidates claiming the benefit of reservations / age relaxation should submit a copy of Medical Certificate as specified in the Persons with Disabilities Act of 1995 in support of their disability.
An application not accompanied by requisite application fee and/ or postage, relevant certificate(s) – where necessary, or not in the prescribed format or not signed by the candidate or incomplete in any respect will not be entertained.
Candidates will have to appear for written test and/ or interview at their own expense. However, SC/ST candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed 2nd class to & fro rail / bus fare by the shortest route on production of evidence of travel.
Candidates serving in Government / Public Sector Undertakings should send their applications through the proper channel and produce a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer at the time of interview, in absence of which, their candidature may not be considered. An advance copy of the application along with original Demand Draft / Bankers’ Cheque may be sent to the addressee within the stipulated time.
Any request for change of address will not be entertained.

In case any dispute arises on account of interpretation in version other than English, English version will prevail.
The candidates will appear for the written examination at the allotted centers at their expenses & risks and the Bank will not be responsible for any injury/ losses etc. of any nature.
The Bank may at its discretion hold re-examination wherever necessary in respect of a center/ venue of a candidate(s).
Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank. Such appointments will also be subject to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.
Only certified true copies of all certificates should be sent by the candidate along with the application. However candidates have to produce all the original certificate / documents regarding educational qualification, age proof caste certificate etc.,in support of their eligibility at the time of interview failing which their candidature will be cancelled.

An ex-serviceman candidate has to enclose a copy of the discharge certificate, retirement/pension order and documentary proof of rank (substantive as well as acting) last/presently held. Those who are still in defence service should submit a certificate from Competent Authority that they will be relieved from defence services in time, to enable the candidate to report for duty in the event of selection to work for the Bank.
