1. For SC/ST/XS/PC candidates: Rs. 50/-
2. For all others (including OBC): Rs. 250/-

Requisite Application Fee may be paid at any of the branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce only in Current A/c No.00071131001112.

Action Against Candidates Found Guilty of Misconduct:

Candidates are advised in their own interest that they should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered, fabricated or should not suppress any material information while filling up the application form.

At the time of written examination/interview, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of:

i) Using unfair means during the examination or

ii) Impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person or

iii) Misbehaving in the examination hall or taking away the question booklet/answer sheet from the examination hall or

iv) Resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature by selection or

v) Obtaining support for his/her candidature by any means, such a candidate may in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, be liable:

1. To be disqualified from the examination for which he/she is a candidate
2. To be debarred, either permanently or for a specified period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by the Bank

The Competent Authority for the Issue of the Certificate to Sc/St/Obc/Pc is as Under:

a) For SC/ST/OBC

1. District Magistrate/Additional Distant Magistrate/Collector/ Deputy Commissioner/Additional Deputy Commissioner/ Deputy Collector/ 1st Class Stipendary Magistrate/ Sub-Division Magistrate/Taluka Magistrate/Executive Magistrate/ Extra Assistant Commissioner.
2. Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate.
3. Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.
4. Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or his family normally resides.

b) For Physically Challenged

Authorised certifying authority will be Medical Board duly constituted by the Central or the State Government consisting of atleast three members out of which atleast one shall be a specialist in the particular field of disability from which the person is suffering.
