Each application in the format given at the end of this advertisement accompanied by prescribed fee and copies of required attested certificates must be sent by ordinary post only in a cover superscribed “Application for the post of _________, Post Code No.____, North Malabar Gramin Bank Recruitment Project 2007 and choice of centre for written examination ______, Centre Code _____.

application meant for Post Code No.1 ie.Officer Scale-I should be addressed and sent to..NMGB Recruitment Project 2007(Officer-Scale-1),Post Box No.9055,Goregaon (East),Mumbai-400 063.

The application meant for Post Code No.2 ie.Clerk-cum-Cashier should be addressed and sent to NMGB Recruitment Project 2007(Clerk cum Cashier),Post Box No.9055,Goregaon (East),Mumbai-400 063.

Last date: Application complete in all respects should reach the above addres on or before 14-12-07. Application received after the date will not be entertained.

Candidate who submit false, tampered, fabricated particulars/documents and who resort to unfair practices during the test/interview are in addition to criminal prosecution liable for disqualifying in the written test/interview and also termination from the service of the Bank, if appointed.

Call letter for written examination will be sent to the eligible candidates at the correspondence address given in their application form by ordinary post and request for sending letters to a different address subsequently will not be accepted.

An eligible candidate for written examination for Post Code No.1(Officer Scale-I) who does not receive the call letter by 15-01-2008 may contact the Bank at the following address between 16-01-08 and19-01-08 by indicating his/her name, address, date of birth, Details of Bank Demand Draft/Bank Pay Order and examination centre opted, to enable the Bank to take immediate remedial action.

An eligible candidate for written examination for Post Code No.2(Clerk-cum-Cashier) who does not receive the call letter by 22-01-08 may contact the Bank at the following address between 22-01-08 and 26-01-08 by indicating his/her name, address, date of birth, Details of Bank Demand Draft/Bank Pay Order and examination centre opted, to enable the Bank to take immediate remedial action.
