Selection Procedure for Clerk Recruitment in Corporation 2010 :
All the eligible candidates who apply for the post with requisite fee and whose applications are registered in time will be called for Corporation Bank written examination.
The written examination shall be objective in nature consisting of 4 papers for a composite duration of 1 hour and 35 minutes as follows :

Note :
Candidates have to pass in each of the Clerk Objective test separately.
Depending upon the number of Vacancies in Corporation Bank 2010, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the objective test will be called for Corporation Bank Clerk Interview. Mere eligibility/ pass in the examination shall not vest any right in a candidate for being called for interview.
Final selection will be on the basis of merit ranking after adding the marks obtained in the Objective Tests and Corporation Bank Clerk 2010 Interview.
The detailed information regarding written examination will be available in the Bank's website under "Acquaint yourself " and may be downloaded.
Those who are eligible for interview shall be subjected to Computer Literacy Test.
Pre - Examination Training for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Religious Minority Community candidates :
The Corporation Bank will arrange pre-examination training at the following centers for a limited number of SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Religious Minority Community candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by the Government of India.

Applicants belonging to the above categories who desire to avail themselves of such training at their own cost may indicate choice of center in the space provided for in the Corporation Bank Application Form.
The candidates belonging to above categories and desirous of availing the training facility should visit above venues on the date and time mentioned along with copies of application (showing Registration No.) and caste certificate / other certificate which clearly indicate that they belong to above mentioned categories and register themselves for allotment of batches, wherever applicable.
No separate communication will be sent in this regard.
Appointment : The candidates selected finally from each state will be appointed within that state in accordance with the normsframed by the Bank in this behalf and should be prepared to work in any branch including a village branch. However, the candidates meant for proposed Corporation Bank Branches will be parked in the nearest branch for the purpose of on clerk job training.
Probation and Approximate Total Emoluments :
Probation Period for Clerical Jobs in Corporation Bank 2010 : 6 Months. Total emoluments for graduates at the start of the scale in Clerical Cadre will be Rs. 9,500/- (Approx.) (Including DA & HRA) (for metro).
Other benefits include Conveyance, Medical Aid, LFC and Retirement benefits, as per the Corporation Bank rules.
