First Class or equivalent grade in Graduation and MBA (HR / Personnel management) full time / Post Graduate Degree (HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Law / Labour welfare) from a recognized university / reputed institution. Candidates with Ph.D qualification will be preferred.
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in related field. Candidates having experience in Banks / FIs are preferred.
Manpower planning; Organisation Structure; Recruitments; Training; Formulation & Implementation of HR policy etc.

Divisional Manager -Economist [SMGS-IV]

First Class / equivalent Grade in Graduation and MA Economics / MBA (Regular Study) from a reputed Institution / recognized University with specialization in Finance.
Minimum 5 years as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank / FIs / Reputed Consultancy agencies in the areas of Assets and Liabilities management / Mid-Office of Treasury / Market. Strong quantitative & analytic skills desirable.
Interpretation of ALM; Financial Modelling like Simulation, VaR; Forecasting of Financial Parameters; Interpretation of Macro economic and financial sector policies etc.

Senior Manager -Chartered Accountant [MMGS-III]

First Class / equivalent Grade in Graduation and CA; Candidates having additional qualification of ICWA are Preferred.
3 years experience in Banking / Finance / Corporate Houses / Reputed Chartered Accountant Firms / Reputed Financial Consultants is essential.
Costing & Pricing, Cost Benefit; BreakEven Analysis; BPLR; Techno Economic feasibility studies; Marketing of syndication; Securitization, derivatives; Mergers & Acquisitions, CDR, Data Mining etc.

Senior Manager -Data Base Administrator [MMGS-III]

First Class / equivalent Grade in BE / B Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics), with RDBMS Certification
3 years experience in the relevant field is essential. Candidates having experience in Banks / FIs are preferred.
DBA preferably Oracle, Maintaining the data base, rectification of problems; archiving, backup, Reorganisation of Database, Performance tuning, Defining Oracle Parameters etc.

3 years experience in Network Technologies, Security protocols, Interfaces, Configuring Network equipments like LAN, Switches, Routers, MODEMs, etc is essential.. Candidates should have sound knowledge of Hardware Configuration of INTEL based systems, RISC based systems, Routers, ATMs. Candidates having experience in Banks and Financial Institutions are preferred.
